Error while "Join the partner program"

Question

After click "Join the partner program" from https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/partnership/sell-with-microsoft#tab-3 opens this page:

https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/account/v3/enrollment/introduction/partnership

I add some flags (Integrate + resseler +manufacter) and click on Next button. Receive next error:

partnership:250 Uncaught SyntaxError: Failed to set the 'href' property on 'Location': 'https://storedeveloper.microsoft.com&optn=101:1003,1004,1005' is not a valid URL. at HTMLButtonElement.onclick (partnership:324:30)

Please fix it
