How do I resolve this error, it I believe is related to a missing or corrupt Acer executable file?

Hi! That “unknown software exception” message usually points to a problem with the specific program shown in the dialog (often a damaged or missing .exe or one of its support files), rather than with Windows itself, if this happens after trying to launch an app, you could try to reinstall it.
All apps are functioning so I will look to Acer Support for a possible answer.
