Why does Bginfo.exe display correct CPU info but Bginfo64.exe does not?

I've noticed this over many versions, including the latest 4.33. At first I assumed it was a bug but as I've seen the same issue reported by others I now suspect it is more of a 64 bit technical issue. It makes one wonder why even have the 64 bit version if it cannot work correctly, at least as far as the CPU Information is concerned; it is an annoyance especially as the CPU info is important to me, at least, and Windows 11 is only 64 bit!
