Need Power BI + Excel sandbox access in Microsoft 365 Developer Program

Hi, I joined the Microsoft 365 Developer Program to build a reporting prototype using Power BI and Excel. However, my dashboard only shows Microsoft Graph as a selected preference, and I do not currently qualify for the E5 sandbox subscription.

I am unable to change my preferences in the dashboard, and I did not knowingly select Microsoft Graph during onboarding. I need access to the full sandbox environment that includes Power BI, Excel, and sample data so I can continue building audit‑ready workflows.

I am blocked from progressing due to this misconfiguration. I’ve tried contacting support multiple times, but I keep getting routed to Windows/Home agents who are unable to help with the Developer Program.

Can someone from the Developer Program team please help reset my profile preferences or manually provision the sandbox with Power BI and Excel access?

I am a serious learner and consultant building governance‑friendly reporting solutions. This access is critical to my development path.
