Dear all,
Due to your Windows update related to the Intel chipset, my laptop has broken down twice in the last month and a half. I am not the only one, as many of my colleagues have experienced the same issue.
The first time, I incurred a cost of €250 for a new hard drive, but the most recent issue required me to buy a new laptop, costing me €2,200.
The laptop installed the update you released, but it couldn’t complete the installation, which caused the laptop to freeze, and the processor temperature rose above 70°C. Every time I tried to restart it, the same thing happened.
This is truly unacceptable on your part, to cause your users such expenses because your developers clearly don't know how to do their job properly.
I would like to know who will refund the costs that arose due to your update, which clearly is not functional and is damaging computers with Intel processors. Why are such updates being released if they are not good and can harm the computer?
Sincerely,
