Hi, I need help accessing my work account. When I try to sign in, I’m asked to approve the login through the Microsoft Authenticator app. However, the Authenticator app also requires me to sign in using the same account which again requires approval in Authenticator. So I’m stuck in a loop and can’t get any further.
I no longer have access to my previous device or any backup codes.
Is it possible to reset my two-step verification or get assistance in recovering access to my account in another way?
