I am trying to enable Zero Data Retention on an openai resource in my org. How should I do this?

OpenAI’s Zero Day Retention policy corresponds to Microsoft’s abuse-monitoring opt-out process, which is documented on the Azure OpenAI Data, privacy, and security page previously referenced (Azure OpenAI Service).

If the customer requires zero data retention, they must go through the opt-out request process described in the official documentation.

Check the Current Status: You need to verify if Zero Data Retention is already enabled on your resource. You can do this by accessing the resource's JSON configuration and looking for the contentLogging field. If this field is missing, it means ZDR is not enabled.
Submit a Request: If you find out that ZDR is not enabled, you will need to submit a formal request to enable it. You can do this by filling out the relevant approval form as specified in your Azure OpenAI documentation or support channels.

Accessing Settings: To access your Azure OpenAI resource:

Log in to the Azure portal.
Navigate to Azure OpenAI services.
Find your specific resource and check the settings or configuration.
