Multi Admin Approval request for delete a device will not show up for approvers. Will show up for Intune Administrator.

Question

I set up some users with a custom Intune role of "can approve Multi Admin Approval request" and confirmed that they could see and approved request to "Retire" or "Wipe" a device. However, approval to "Delete" a device is hit or miss, some time these users could see the request, some time not. These requests then would be stuck in the limbo for 3 days, since approvers couldn't see them to approve, and the requestors also couldn't see their own problematic requests to cancel.

I dig into and find out that:

• User with "intune Administrator" - an Entra role - can see ALL of these "Delete" requests
• User set up with custom Intune Role with everything enabled (read/modify devices in Intune included) - can not see the problematic "Delete" requests, exactly like the users above with "can approve Multi Admin Approval request" only.

Has anyone bumped into this issue before?
