The exact version is managed by the service (typically aligns with stable Snowflake releases like 3.27.x), and there's no customer-facing update schedule since Microsoft handles it through IR and connector updates.If a newer stable driver is needed, it gets picked up in ADF service updates (check the connector timelines).
