I downloaded some things on my pc and I was tweaking with some things on the command prompt. After a couple hours, I went back to sign into my pc and no option to login with my pin was available. Only with my phone i could logon. Windows Hello isn't working either, same with account protection. I've done a lot of research and i've gotten no where. Should I hard reset? IMG_5919_compressed.jpg

    Hi Uly,

The account is a bit messed up. Let me first suggest removing the policies. Would move further once it is done.

    In the Windows search,

type cmd, right-click it, and choose run as administrator.

    Execute the commands below:

    reg delete "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies" /f
    reg delete "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost" /f
    reg delete "HKCU\Software\Policies" /f
    reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Policies" /f
    reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies" /f
    reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsStore\WindowsUpdate" /f
    reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost" /f
    reg delete "HKLM\Software\Policies" /f
    reg delete "HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Policies" /f
    reg delete "HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies" /f
    reg delete "HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsStore\WindowsUpdate" /f

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.
