We no longer have access to view our tables in our DB

Hi,
So we have a database in our account called "bayer-server-test." After a bit of turnover in our agency, we seem to have misplaced the actual admin credentials to this DB. We do have a user that can connect to the DB, but we can't view our tables, update data or grant privileges. Is there a way we can grant this user server admin privileges?
