If your Microsoft Authenticator app stopped working after updating your phone from an iPhone 11 to an iPhone 14, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check for Updates: Ensure that the Microsoft Authenticator app is updated to the latest version from the App Store.
    2. Reinstall the App: If the app is up to date and still not functioning, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the Microsoft Authenticator app. Make sure to back up any important information if possible.
    3. Restore from Backup: If you had iCloud backup enabled on your old device, you might be able to restore your Authenticator settings and accounts from the backup.
    4. Set Up Recovery Account: If you had previously set up a recovery account in the Authenticator app, you can use that to recover your accounts.
    5. Contact Support: If none of these steps work, consider reaching out to your IT support or Microsoft support for further assistance.

Remember, if you were using app-based multifactor authentication (MFA), you may need your old device to complete MFA when setting up your new device. Don't remove the Authenticator app from your old device until you have successfully set up your new device.
