How to get Support Team to handle a disabled VM due to a suspicious activity

Been receiving emails in my personal email not related nor connected to my VM account demanding payment but no invoice is issued in my VM account. I engaged Microsoft on this. But early today as I was working on my VM it was remotely stopped with a message that there was a suspicious activity. Getting to Support Team to attend to my issue is too tedious; submitted request provided response not related to the issue; Support virtual assistant via chat nor phone responses were also off the mark - none related to this issue. How best can I get this resolved? Thanks,

Thank you Shurma for your attempt to highlight resolves. But all that cannot apply if Microsoft has declined to respond to my inquiry. merely alleging a suspicious activity minus informing or alerting account owner is wanting in business operation character as such actions are arbitrary. The question is why is Microsoft declining to respond nor allow my support request to go through?
