I have passed AZ-400: Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions.

I understand that there is a prerequisite of having an active Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate certification.

If I give any one of the prerequisite exam now, will I get the DevOps expert certificate ?

To receive the Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert certification, you must first hold either the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or the Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate certification. If you have already passed the AZ-400 exam but do not currently hold one of the prerequisite certifications, you will need to pass one of them to obtain the DevOps Engineer Expert certification. Once you have completed that requirement, you should be eligible to receive your DevOps expert certificate.

Yes you will, the order you take the exams does not matter
