Request to Remove Duplicate OneDrive Subscription

Dear Microsoft Support,

I would like to report an issue with my Microsoft account. I currently have two active subscriptions:

  1. Microsoft 365 Personal / Basic

A separate OneDrive subscription

This situation causes me to be charged twice for storage, which is unnecessary because the Microsoft 365 subscription already includes OneDrive storage.

I kindly request that the separate OneDrive subscription be cancelled/removed, so that only my main Microsoft 365 subscription remains active.

Please assist me with the following:

Cancel the standalone OneDrive subscription that is causing duplicate billing.

Ensure that no double charges occur in the next billing cycle.

    Hello

    On that page, if yu click on Manage, does it offer you the cancel option?

    If not, I think you will have to do it via your Google account instead as it says it was purchased via Google Play.
