Dear Microsoft Support,
I would like to report an issue with my Microsoft account. I currently have two active subscriptions:
- Microsoft 365 Personal / Basic
A separate OneDrive subscription
This situation causes me to be charged twice for storage, which is unnecessary because the Microsoft 365 subscription already includes OneDrive storage.
I kindly request that the separate OneDrive subscription be cancelled/removed, so that only my main Microsoft 365 subscription remains active.
Please assist me with the following:
Cancel the standalone OneDrive subscription that is causing duplicate billing.
Ensure that no double charges occur in the next billing cycle.
