Right Alt+Shift not switching language both ways after KB5070311

After installing KB5070311 (Build 26200.7309), Right Alt + Shift switches only from English to Arabic, but not back from Arabic to English.
Left Alt + Shift works fine. Issue reproduced on both Lenovo and HP laptops.
Bug introduced in this update.
The issue persists even after restarting the system and resetting the keyboard settings.
Please fix in next build.
