Hello,

I followed the instructions given by Microsoft to change your photo in Teams, see link below.
This was indeed successfull, my photo on the top right is changed.

But when I enter a Teamsmeeting, there is still my old picture.

https://learn.microsoft.com/nl-nl/exchange/troubleshoot/administration/how-to-change-your-user-photo

Is there a second path to change all background pictures?

kr,
Nico

    @Nico Vandenbempt ,

You can change the photo in Teams client directly as below:

    1. click your current picture at the top right of the screen and then click the camera icon that appears when you hover over your profile picture.

    2. From the menu that appears, click Upload picture to access your photos.

Besides, if the photo still show as the old one, it is recommended you to quit Microsoft Teams and clear your client cache by deleting any files in these folders:

    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\application cache\cache
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\blob_storage
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Cache
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\databases
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\GPUcache
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\IndexedDB
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Local Storage
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\tmp

Then, open Microsoft Teams and try again.

Many months later and this problem still exists. How about a proper Fix?! can't find the cache files mentioned here in the current teams version
