MISSING APP!

I can't find/access an app I'm trying to download.

Where are you downloading the app from, is that from the Microsoft Store or form a 3rd party website?

Click the 'All' button at the top right of your start menu to open the long alphabetical list of installed apps, are you able to find the app in that list?

If not, open the Settings App, then go to Apps - installed Apps, are you able to find the app in that list?
