Hi,

I purchased a year subscription to microsoft office with my laptop not realising that i already had a microsoft 365 subscription which already includes Office.

Can microsoft merge my products so i don't waste 1 years subscription?

Thanks

Unfortunately, Microsoft does not provide a way to merge subscriptions directly. However, you can manage your subscriptions effectively by canceling the one you do not wish to use. If you decide to cancel your additional subscription, ensure that you do so before the renewal date to avoid being charged. Your existing Microsoft 365 subscription will remain active, and you can continue to use it without any issues.

If you have any specific questions about managing your subscriptions or need assistance with the cancellation process, you can visit the Microsoft 365 admin center for more details.
