Cannot log into the Word App.

Question

I cannot log into Word. It asks for a login but it will not recognize my office personal account. It keeps telling me it cannot find a Work or School account with that email. My personal laptop keeps attempting to recognize me from my Azure work profile. I have removed every trace of my work account from my personal device. I have followed all of the recommended steps to do a clean uninstall of office and I have attempted to remove all trace of office. When I try to activate office using my product key it tells me that the process is blocked by my administrator.

On your personal account, do you have a subscription too? Verify that via https://account.live.com > Subscriptions.

Can you also confirm, by any chance, your personal account alias is using the work email address?

I have done all of the steps above EXCEPT contact my administrator. This is a personal computer and I am the only user. There is no administrator. I have even attempted to open word AS an administrator but since it is not activating my license I cannot do anything in any office app.
