Using macros for a solidworks excel design table is consistently blocked despite many attempts to unblock it

Question

Every time I open the design table, I am met with this warning. I have found a book1 file and allowed it within trust settings yet still have not been met with any success. Similarly, I changed a lot of other trust center settings in an attempt to permit this file to be used but have not been met with any success.

The document is internal, so it is trustworthy, but it is also unclear whether or not the book1 that I found is the one actually being referenced, since previous attempts did not make the error go away. I made a separate table with similar functionality in an attempt to not have a spreadsheet with the same reference but saw the same warning as before once I added macros.
