I accidentally deleted the CMD file in system32, how could I get it back without re-installing?

You can copy CMD file from winsxs folder without re-installing windows. To access it, click Localdisk(C)>windows >winsxs. In winsxs folder, you can type CMD in top of right corner searchbar and then just copy it to system32
