Hej,

Jah behöver hjälp med att avsluta min prenumeration på detta kontot då jag använder ett annat konto. Kan ni hjälpa mig? Gäller hela Office 365 paketet.

Välj Microsoft 365 > klicka på 'få hem support'.

To cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription, you can follow these steps:

1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center with the account that has the necessary permissions.
2. Go to the Billing section and select Your products.
3. On the subscription details page, in the Subscription and payment settings section, select Cancel subscription.
4. In the Options for canceling your subscription pane, choose whether to Cancel now or Cancel before the next renewal date, then select Next.
5. Select a reason for canceling, provide optional feedback, and then select Cancel now.
6. Repeat these steps if you have multiple subscriptions to cancel.
