I have been running Office Home & Student 2021, which I purchased last year. Yesterday, it suddenly wouldn't let me edit my documents. I am on an 2017 iMac, with Ventura 13.7.8 OS ... I can't update to any subsequent OS's as the machine is too old. I attempted to reinstall my Office Home & Student 2021, after deleting Office from my computer using your tool. But it said I couldn't install it because I needed to be running an OS 14 or later. So, then I tried downloading the Microsoft 365, but received the same message when I tried to install it. It seems I need an older version of Microsoft 365, but don't know where to find that option. I've been on hold for about 30 minutes now and have no hope of ever talking to a real person about my issue.
