How to get into Authenticator when I need Authenticator to log into Authenticator

Hi, I am trying to log into my work emails on my phone but it won't let me as I need to use Authenticator for it but it will not let me log into authenticator as it sends me a number but I cant authorise anything because I can not get into authenticator.
