To check cluster network intent status, run below cmdlet on your cluster: Get-NetIntentStatus ConfigurationStatus should be "Success" ProvisioningStatus should be "Completed":

    Failed to apply the intent (compute_management) after (2) retries. Network ATC will not retry. To resolve this issue: o Run 'Get-NetIntentStatus' and resolve the configuration failure o Next, run 'Set-NetIntentRetryState' to reattempt configuration.
