    Hi,

Do you have another verification method, such as an alternative email or phone number?

What is the exact error message you get when trying to log in?

If your Hotmail account is blocked and you're unable to remember the recipient email addresses required for recovery, you may need to follow the instructions provided by Microsoft for account recovery. Unfortunately, the specific support email address for Hotmail or Microsoft accounts is not provided in the context. However, you can try the following steps:

    1. Visit the Microsoft Account Recovery page: Go to the Microsoft account recovery page and follow the prompts to recover your account. You may need to provide additional information to verify your identity.
    2. Contact Microsoft Support: If you're still having trouble, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support directly. You can find support options on the Microsoft website, including phone numbers for assistance.
    3. Check Non-Delivery Reports (NDR): If you receive any non-delivery reports (NDRs) related to your blocked account, follow the instructions in those messages for further assistance.

For more detailed guidance, you may want to check the Microsoft support documentation or forums for additional help regarding account recovery.
