Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

    1

    Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter.

    • Go to Start > Settings > System > troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
    • Locate Bluetooth in the lists, click Run.
    • Once the troubleshooter finishes running, restart your computer and reconnect your Bluetooth devices.

    2

    Reinstall Bluetooth Adapters.

    a. Open Device Manager.

    b. Select the arrow next to Bluetooth.

    c. Right-click your generic Bluetooth driver (e.g., Intel, Realtek, or Qualcomm), select Uninstall device, select the Attempt to remove the driver for this device check box, and then select Uninstall.

    d. Once uninstalled, restart your PC.

    e. Pair your nearby Bluetooth devices again.

Let me know if you still need more help.
