Hello, I passed exam PL-300 and the certification appears in my Microsoft Learn profile. However, my Certification Profile is not connected:

I cannot access the Certification Dashboard

I do not have an MCID

No Access Code is generated

There is no option to connect or link the Certification Profile in my Learn settings**

Please rebuild or restore my Certification Profile and attach my exam records to the Learn account below.

Microsoft Learn email: ******@outlook.com

Candidate ID (from Pearson VUE): MS1100729731

Exam: PL-300 (Passed Aug 11, 2025)

Thank you.

MCID and Access codes haven't been used for a couple of years

Sign into Learn and check https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab

If you are experiencing issues with your Certification Profile not being connected to your Microsoft Learn account, here are some steps you can take:

    1. Confirm Your Login Account: Ensure that you are signing into the correct Learn profile. If you have multiple accounts, you may be logged into the wrong one. Check if you have used a different account to register for your certification exam.
    2. Check Certification Requirements: Ensure that you have met all the requirements for the certification and that it is displayed correctly in your Learn profile.
    3. Contact Support: If the problem persists, you may need to contact Microsoft Credentials Support for assistance with linking your Certification Profile. They can help with issues related to your MCID and access codes.
    4. Review the Certification Dashboard: If you cannot access the Certification Dashboard, ensure that there are no technical issues or account restrictions that might be preventing access.

For more detailed guidance, consider checking the support resources provided by Microsoft for certification-related inquiries.
