Cannot login my O365 account, windows authenticator issue

Hi All

I have subscription O365,

Currently i cannot login my account, below the chronology

My previous account is ******@hermawan.onmicrosoft.com
I have installed Microsoft authenticator, everything running well
I have domain hermatechs.id
I have change the email domain from ******@hermawan.onmicrosoft.com to ******@hermatechs.id
I have add account ******@hermatechs.id to Microsoft authenticator
Somehow i deleted in the admin portal/site the account ******@hermawan.onmicrosoft.com , ******@hermatechs.id and also my phone number
After that i try to add again my account ******@hermatechs.id to Microsoft authenticator but after put the password the screen show approve sign in request, Open your Microsoft authenticator app and approve the request to sign in. Because the app cannot use i chose option i cant not use my Microsoft authenticator app right now. And then show option approve a request by microsft authenticator app and use a verification code from my mobile app. The 2 option can not run because the first the app not login and the second i canot receive the code

Please help because all my data on onedrive cannot be access and also my email
