I keep getting an MS Copilot error message saying 'Sorry, I wasn't able to respond to that. Is there something else I can help with'
I have cleared the cache, used a private window, and rebooted, and I still have the same issue.

2025-12-16T16:42:37.7666667+00:00 Hi there - I just googled "Microsoft Teams I'm sorry, I'm having trouble responding to requests right now. Let's try this again in a bit." and it came up with a breaking news story from 1 hour previous that said there was a Mircrosoft wide teams outage. It lasted from about 12:00 - 16:00 that day, I think. All back up and running again now.
