Copilot Chat doesn't worked

Hello,

When I want to work with Copilot, it replies “Sorry, I wasn't able to respond to that. Is there something else I can help with?” over and over again.

It's not possible to get any help or answers to my requests.

Do you know how I can solve the problem?

I have the same issue, my IT guys tell me the below:

Hi Rahul, as checked there is outage in your region Microsoft Copilot is experiencing an outage today (December 9, 2025).

• Microsoft confirmed the issue under incident ID CP1193544. Users in some regions (especially the UK) are unable to access Copilot or are seeing degraded functionality. The outage was first reported around 9:02 AM BST and is still under investigation.

1. Newly Assigned License: If you have recently been assigned a license, it may take some time to propagate, which can prevent Copilot from being available immediately.
2. Licensing or Account Conflicts: If you are signed in with both a personal and a work or school account, it may cause validation issues for Copilot.
3. Internet Connectivity Issues: Ensure that your internet connection meets the network requirements for Copilot to function properly.
4. Recent Office Reset or Update: A recent reset or update may affect your Office activation status.
5. Device-Based Licensing: Copilot requires a user-based license; it is not available with device-based licensing.
6. Update Channel: Ensure your organization is using the Current Channel or Monthly Enterprise Channel, as Copilot is not supported on the Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel.
7. Privacy Settings: Check if Copilot is blocked by your privacy settings.
8. Shared Computer Activation (SCA): Copilot is not supported in environments using SCA.
