Not receiving a verification code when trying to redeem Microsoft Rewards

I've been trying to redeem some of my points earned in Microsoft Rewards. Every time I'm asked to input a verification code that's supposed to be sent to my phone, but never arrives. The number is absolutely correct, I receive OTPs from Microsoft on it without any issue, Rewards is the only service unable to reach it. I would like to use the points on H&M. I hope someone can fix this issue.

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Please check and try this on a different browser and even on inPrivate or Incognito mode depending on the browser that you are using. There is also a possibility that the request is being blocked if you have already attempted several times in which you may need to wait for a certain period of time before you can try to request for a code again during the redemption process.
