Trying to send email to 50 or so golf club members as blind cc. It will not allow. I get an email saying "The daily message limit helps us free the world from spammers--we're sorry that it's getting in your way" Error is [0x80004005-0x00000b22-0x00000501]. How can I fix this?

To send an email to multiple recipients in BCC, you need to be aware of the daily message limits set by your email service provider, which can restrict the number of emails you can send in a day. The error message you received indicates that you have reached this limit.

Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:

    1. Check Daily Limits: Review the daily sending limits for your email account. Different email providers have different policies regarding the number of recipients you can send to in a single email and the total number of emails you can send in a day.
    2. Break Up the List: If you need to send to 50 recipients, consider breaking the list into smaller groups and sending multiple emails throughout the day. For example, send to 10 recipients at a time.
    3. Use a Mailing List Service: If you frequently send emails to a large number of recipients, consider using a mailing list service or email marketing platform. These services are designed to handle bulk emails and often have higher limits.
    4. Contact Support: If you believe you need a higher limit, you can contact your email service provider's support for assistance or to request an increase in your daily sending limit.

By following these steps, you should be able to successfully send your emails without encountering the daily message limit error.

    Hello !

On Outlook.com, there are sending limits to prevent malicious use of the email services.
You can check them here : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/sending-limits-in-outlook-com-279ee200-594c-40f0-9ec8-bb6af7735c2e

Take a look at the "How can I increase sending limits ?" section : you have multiple ways to increase these limits : updating the info on your account, using a Microsoft 365 subscription...
However, keep in mind that they cannot be increased manually.

Please let me know if you have any other question !
