Outlook is giving me an "Access denied" message and i cannot even get locate the server settings for any verification

    1. To confirm, is the Outlook account you're trying to access a personal Microsoft account, such as Hotmail or Outlook.com, or is it a work or school account provided by your organization?
    2. Are you able to sign in to Outlook.com normally using an Incognito or InPrivate browser window? https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/
    3. When you try to sign in, do you receive any specific error code along with the Access Denied message?
