To address the error "Something went wrong (4usqa)" in Outlook, you can follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Run the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant: This tool can help diagnose and fix issues with Outlook. You can download it from the Microsoft website and run it on the affected computer.
  2. Check for Software Updates: Ensure that your Outlook and Windows operating system are up to date. Running Windows Update can help resolve issues caused by outdated software.
  3. Verify Account Settings: Sometimes, incorrect account settings can lead to errors. Check your account settings in Outlook to ensure they are correct.
  4. Use Outlook on the Web: If you can access your email via Outlook on the web, this can help determine if the issue is with the Outlook application itself or with your account.
  5. Check for Service Issues: If multiple users in your organization are experiencing similar issues, check the Microsoft 365 Service health status to see if there are any ongoing problems with the service.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, consider contacting Microsoft support for further assistance.
