It seems that your account has been blocked due to multiple failed attempts. Since resetting the password did not fix the issue, try the following:
Try signing in using “Other ways to sign in” instead of entering your password. From there, choose to receive a code through your linked verification methods.
If the issue persists, try using incognito mode in your browser and then use the sign-in helper tool to sign in: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2214157
If that doesn’t work, I suggest waiting more than 24 hours without making any sign-in attempts so the block caused by repeated sign in attempts will expire and allow you to sign in afterward.
