I am signed in on the Microsoft Authenticator app and the request of approval doesn’t show app. I’ve had this trouble for a long time now and I can only approve from my previous device, whilst I’m logged in in both devices

If you are experiencing issues with the Microsoft Authenticator app not showing approval requests on your current device, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can consider:

    1. Check Notifications: Ensure that notifications for the Microsoft Authenticator app are enabled on your device. If notifications are turned off, you will not receive approval requests.
    2. Refresh the App: Sometimes, the app may not refresh automatically. Open the Authenticator app and manually refresh it by pulling down to check for any pending notifications.
    3. Reinstall the App: If the problem persists, consider uninstalling and then reinstalling the Microsoft Authenticator app on your current device. This can help resolve any underlying issues with the app.
    4. Check Device Compatibility: Make sure that both devices are compatible with the latest version of the Microsoft Authenticator app. If one device is outdated, it may not function correctly.
    5. Account Registration: Ensure that both devices are properly registered with your Microsoft account. Sometimes, issues arise if the account is not fully set up on the new device.

If you continue to have trouble, you may want to consult the Microsoft support documentation or community forums for further assistance.
