Kernel Power often crash

Question

Often while i use my laptop, i get my screen freeze in a random moment, and i can like. move my bloody mouse thing

And move my cursor too, but i cant do anything else.
On event viewer it says kernel power error, but idk how to fix. Help me please, any suggestions will be appreciated. if u need more information ask me.

download them from the official support website of your laptop or desktop pc

First step is update all driver specially the graphic driver, download it from the support website of your laptop or desktop.
