Kernel Power often crash

Often while i use my laptop, i get my screen freeze in a random moment, and i can like. move my bloody mouse thingUser's image

And move my cursor too, but i cant do anything else.
On event viewer it says kernel power error, but idk how to fix. Help me please, any suggestions will be appreciated. if u need more information ask me.

    update all principal driver, included chipset and graphic driver

    download them from the official support website of your laptop or desktop pc

    if you don't know how, share here the exact model of your notebook

    thank you, usually the causes can be:

    • Sudden voltage drop from the outlet
    • Defective original power supply
    • Non-original power supply
    • Loose connector
    • Battery unable to withstand surges

    can you paste here 20 events before the kernel power id 41?

    first step, update the chipset and graphic driver

    First step is update all driver specially the graphic driver, download it from the support website of your laptop or desktop.
