AIP classic client and Label Management in the Azure Portal are deprecated Please let me know how classic label is still managed on-premise

I can still see a lot of AIP documentation on the MS site, can we still go for customer POC on AIP.Please give me Knowledge answer, I have already read most of MS documents

    You can open a support ticket to download the installation files and follow the extended support guide. Otherwise it is recommended to use the unified labeling client instead.
