I have been trying to redem my points to get 25 euro discount for H&M and I couldn't redem my points. I have changed my phone numbers, I have waited for hours and nothing worked. I went to reddit and I saw a lot of people having the same problem. I also asked a question here so that someone could advise me but they also said I should restart or clear all of my cache but nothing really mattered. How can I solve this issue? When you said nothing worked, could you specify the exact issue? For example, are you not receiving the code, does an error occur when you try to redeem it (please provide the exact error code), or is it pending?

Yes, I am not receiving any code. The error occurs when I try to redeem it. For example, when I ask a code to register my phone number, I receive it. It is not pending, it takes 1 min to ask a different code. I tried to wait 1 hour for the code and then I asked another code but I get the same result.

Some users reported that using another WiFi connection, like a mobile hotspot, helps. If the issue persists, let it rest for more than 24 hours without doing any activity (it could be due to many request attempts). After that time frame, try redeeming again.
