How to fix vgk.sys on windows 11

My specs:
13th gen i7-13700kf
32gb ram
b760 ds3h gigabyte motherboard
Nvidia RTX 4070
On windows 10 I solved this problem by underclocking my p-cores from 56x to 54x, I tried a lot of solutions nothing worked except this.
I updated to windows 11 2 weeks ago and my pc already crashed like 3-4 times because of vgk.sys and ntoskrnl.exe with a bugcheck KMODE_EXCEPTION.
I'm out of ideas what to do so I'm asking for assistence I will provide my dumpfiles.
