Certification missing from my profile

Question

I have passed my AZ-900 Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals but I cannot see it on my Microsoft profile and I do not have an option to add it. I have my Security certificate that I have passed too but not my first one. The fundamentals that I have passed in January this year. How can I add it please?
