Hi,

My laptop keeps crashing for no reason and it seems the events are not linked to power usage (it crashes on high load and idle). I've attached the dump files for the most recent events.

All the drivers are up to date and the windows was re-installed but the issue is still there.
See link below to dump files

Thanks**

Your minidump files all indicate a driver installed by some software on your laptop that there is no much information available about is causing your PC to crash.

    Open File Explorer.

    Go to C:\Windows\System32

Perform a search in that folder for KbdBlock2.sys

When you find that file, right click it and select Properties.

On the resulting Properties dialog, select the Details tab.

Please provide a screenshot of that Details tab.

Are you using ESET? Third-party security software is the most common cause of random crashes, even on fresh installs. Turn off ESET temporarily or uninstall it and try again.

Also, update the BIOS from the HP website. Check BIOS settings and consider disabling "Extended Idle Power States" if available. And don't forget to reinstall the latest version of NVIDIA driver from NVIDIA's official site.
