Hi David Ibanga, I know how frustrating this must be dealing with constant password prompts for two months can really disrupt your workflow and make something simple feel exhausting.
Start by clearing any saved Office credentials in Credential Manager then delete the IdentityCache and OneAuth folders to refresh your sign-in tokens. Next repair or reset Microsoft 365 from the Apps settings update both Office and Windows to the latest version and sign out of any other Microsoft accounts like Teams that might be causing conflicts. If Outlook is still prompting recreate your profile and if the problem continues reach out to Microsoft Support through the Answer Desk for direct help.
Does the password prompt appear in all Office apps Word, Excel, Outlook or only in one and does it happen immediately after signing in or randomly while youre working?
