Bluetooth Concern

I encountered endless BSODs yesterday, and the Bluetooth button is gone? I can't even turn it on directly in settings because whenever I try to add a device, it immediately says "Couldn't Connect." I tried following the troubleshoot steps and restarted it; still nothing. Screenshot 2025-12-12 102322

    Hi ,

If it is a laptop or desktop, if possible, could you provide the laptop model or your desktop configuration?

Access the c:\windows\minidump folder, copy the files to your desktop, then upload them to OneDrive or Google Drive and post the link here for analysis.

    Thanks

    Hi ,

It's possible it's a hardware problem, but let's try checking all drivers and updating the BIOS.

    First, you should disable BitLocker.

    https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1047461/

After disabling BitLocker, you will download the BIOS from the link below:

    https://global-download.acer.com/GDFiles/BIOS/BIOS/BIOS_Acer_1.17_A_A.zip?acerid=638850378038371358&Step1=&Step2=&Step3=PREDATOR%20PHN16-72&OS=ALL&LC=en&BC=ACER&SC=PA_6

Remember, updating the BIOS is extremely necessary, but it has its risks. Do not stop the procedure under any circumstances; it could render your BIOS unusable and cause it to stop working.

Be careful when updating the BIOS; you can't interrupt the process under any circumstances. Keep your laptop connected to the power outlet.

Connect your laptop to power and run the BIOS installer below:

Wait for the process to finish. After the process is complete,

    Install the drivers below:

Open the command prompt (admin) and run the commands: sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth. Wait for the process to finish and restart the computer.

Then perform a clean boot and uninstall applications that you do not use if you wish.

    Re-enable BitLocker.
