I had my school account connected to microsoft authenticator (school required). I had it on my last phone which broke, so that might be the reason for it no longer being connected to my authenticator account. My account for another seperate school (the email im using) works fine but when I try and login to authenticator with my other email it makes me use authenticator, which I have no access to! Its frustrating and I wonder is there someone I can talk to to remove and re-add that account to authenticator?

If you have lost access to your Microsoft Authenticator app and need to log in to your school account, you can follow these steps:

    1. Account Recovery: You may need to go through the account recovery process. This typically involves verifying your identity through other means, such as answering security questions or receiving a verification code via email or SMS.
    2. Remove and Re-add Account: If you are unable to log in due to the Authenticator requirement, you can ask your school administrator to reset your multi-factor authentication (MFA) settings. They can remove your account from the MFA requirement, allowing you to log in without the Authenticator.
    3. Re-register for MFA: Once you regain access to your account, you can re-register for MFA and set up the Authenticator app on a new device.

For more detailed guidance, you can refer to the Microsoft documentation on managing user accounts and troubleshooting MFA issues.
