I set Book Antiqua as my default but whenever I paste text into an email is displays Calibri. How can I permanently change this?

Thank you.

To ensure that pasted text in your emails uses Book Antiqua as the default font instead of Calibri, you may need to adjust the settings in your email client. Here are some general steps you can follow:

    1. Set Default Font in Email Client: Check if your email application allows you to set a default font for composing messages. This is usually found in the settings or preferences menu.
    2. Paste Options: When you paste text, look for any paste options that allow you to keep the source formatting or match the destination formatting. Choose the option that matches your default font.
    3. Format Painter: After pasting, you can use the Format Painter tool (if available) to apply your default font to the pasted text.
    4. Check for Updates: Ensure your email application is up to date, as updates may include fixes for font issues.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to consult the help documentation for your specific email client for more detailed instructions.
