Change name of my subscription

My name is shown as [Moderators note: PII removed] and I would like to change it as [Moderators note: PII removed] for the Microsoft email ID [Moderators note: PII removed]@gmail.com.
Reason for changing is because I need to take certification and there is mismatch between my name and the ID proofs.
Please help me in this regard.

    Regarding your name change request for your certification purpose. In this situation, here is the contact support of home user that you can reaching out:

    1. Click on this page Contact - Microsoft Support, type "Change subscription name" to search and click "Sign in to contact support" at the bottom of the page.
    2. Sign in to another available Microsoft account. Make sure you log in with your personal account.
    3. Under Products and Services, select "Other Products".
    4. Under Categories, select "Account Question" and click Confirm.
    5. Click on "Chat with a support agent in your web browser".
