can't activate windows 11

Question

Had a dell computer running win 10 home upgraded to win 11. the computer blew up replaced it with a custom build PC. log in to my account said I need to activate windows. bought a key for Windows 11 pro. it accepted the key updated says pro but they is in use and I can't use the telephone option says us not available. the list ends at Pakistan. can you help thank you

Click your Start Button, type cmd then right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'

Run or paste this command and hit Enter:

slmgr.vbs /dlv

Please post a screenshot of the resulting dialog

Download the free ShowKeyPlus app from the Microsoft Store.

On the that app, click 'Check Edition', then enter your product key into that app.

Please provide a screenshot of that app window and please hide your product key in the screenshot.
